...up in the air. today was a hard day. it started off as a deceptively innocent day, but it was a tough one. anyone else? i decided to catch the 4:45pm showing of Up in the Air at 4:43pm which ended up being a great choice. and then home to create a dinner of Quinoa, black beans, spinach and salmon seasoned with cayenne pepper. delicious!

Sorry you had a bad day...hopefully tomorrow will be better. A&E saw that movie last night. As well as Invictus. They are on a mission to watch a bunch of movies before the Oscars. Such goals!
